What drives the price

What sets a Supra's price:

Drivetrain. On a Mk4 the 2JZ-GTE twin-turbo with the six-speed manual is the car everyone wants; turbo automatics and naturally aspirated cars sit well below.
Originality. An unmodified Mk4 is rare and commands a large premium. Stock turbos, stock ECU, factory wheels and interior matter more than on almost any other car.
Mileage. Genuine low miles with paperwork to prove it. Odometer swaps and cluster changes are common on Mk4s, so history is everything.
Roof and colour. Targa top versus hardtop, and colours like Renaissance Red, Quicksilver and Anthracite each have their own following.
Title history. Clean title, no salvage or rebuild brands, and a history report that matches the car.
On a Mk5, the manual, low miles and factory condition; heavy tuning lowers the offer rather than raising it.
